Fall Foods!

You may have noticed all the pumpkin spice foods are for sale, halloween decor is making its way out, and the change in product is starting to make way.

It is fall!

 

One of the easiest ways to get a variety of micronutrients in is eating seasons fruits and veggies. Spice it up, mix it up, and give some of these foods and cooking techniques a try!
